We are currently recruiting for a number of roles to assist in the delivery of large, high-profile projects in all three of our UK offices. We are currently seeking the following:


Architects  – 3 Years Post-RIBA Part III Qualified –  Full Time, Birmingham, Leeds & Oxford Studios


RIBA Part II Architectural Assistant – Full Time, Oxford Studio


Revit Technician – Part time, 2 – 3 days per week (6 month contract) Birmingham Studio

The part about you: 

We’re looking for talented, creative, and experienced individuals to join our Birmingham and Oxford studios. You’ll be working on several large, high-profile projects nationwide.  

Our ideal Architect candidates will have: 

  • 3 years post-RIBA qualification experience
  • High proficiency in AutoCAD
  • Revit experience would be advantageous (although training will be provided)
  • Experience delivering statutory & regulatory requirements
  • Excellent design sense, organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to liaise directly with clients in a professional manner
  • Site experience
  • Good technical skills
  • A can-do attitude
  • Great commitment
  • Excellent communication skills  



And when it comes to Part II Assistants we’re looking for: 

  • High proficiency in AutoCAD  
  • Good levels of Revit experience (advantageous, however, training will be provided) 
  • Experience of statutory & regulatory requirements  
  • Excellent design sense, organisational and problem-solving skills 
  • Ability to liaise directly with clients in a professional manner 
  • Site experience 
  • Good technical skills (Experience using Adobe Creative Suite is desirable but not essential) 
  • A can-do attitude 
  • Great commitment 
  • Excellent communication skills  



For our Part-time Revit Technician role:

We are looking for someone to contribute to the development of a bespoke in-house plugin for Revit to assess the embodied carbon of our designs. An interest in sustainability and understanding of the process of measuring embodied carbon would be advantageous.

Software competency in:

  • Revit 2019 and 2021
  • Dynamo
  • Power BI


Additional Skills:

  • Work closely with architects to develop plans and models for clients
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong collaborative and interpersonal abilities
  • Expertise in time management and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to read, understand and translate technical drawings and plans
  • Creative thought processes and attention to detail
