Becoming part of our community
Part of our vision is that our practice should be a reflection of the society it serves, helping us to create ‘places that are in tune with people’. So, we enjoy taking an interest in the world around us, encouraging our team to look beyond the studio and get involved in activities that help them see things differently, and contribute to culture, learning and community.
Our Hidden Spaces project celebrates our City’s heritage, seeking out and sharing lesser-known architectural treasures, and we actively support numerous arts organisations within our city. We want the culture inside our walls to be as diverse as the community outside, and our doors are always open to allow us to share our experience and insights with others. This value has led us to foster links with Birmingham School of Architecture and encourage the new wave of young talent in our region.
