Jon Chadwick

Position: Senior Associate

Jon joined Associated Architects in 2006, working as an architect, then a senior architect and more recently, an Associate.

Jon has worked across many sectors, including the delivery of the £25m Bristol Civil Justice Centre which achieved BREEAM ‘Excellent’ in 2010. More recently Jon has worked in the education sector overseeing the King Edward VI Sheldon Heath Academy as part of Birmingham’s Building Schools for the Future programme. Jon has a strong personal interest in sustainable buildings, leading the detailed design and delivery of a new low energy, low carbon Centre for Medicine at the University of Leicester – which is currently the largest Passivhaus building in the UK.

Jon has previous experience of working on major mixed-use developments incorporating residential and retail elements for city centre sites in Bristol as well as considerable involvement in office schemes, both new build and also working with existing buildings.
