Graham Hall

Position: Associate Director - Birmingham

Management Team

Graham originally joined Associated Architects for four years in 2001 and following a break of three years, returned in 2008 as a Senior Architect. He was promoted to Associate Director in 2017.

He undertook his architectural training at the University of Portsmouth and the Birmingham School of Architecture and Design at Birmingham City University.

Graham brings a wealth of experience to Director James Hall’s team, having designed and delivered projects in numerous sectors. In recent years he has been influential in delivering multiple schemes for the University of Warwick, in particular the new Warwick Business School and is currently leading a scheme for the University of Oxford. Within the residential and mixed-use sectors, he has delivered Deptford Foundry for Anthology and a large scheme in Canning Town, London, comprising retail, hotel and underground parking.

Graham is also responsible for the day to day running of the office, including overseeing maintenance and building control.

Cocoa Works, York: Conversion of the former Rowntree’s chocolate factory into 279 homes ranging from studios to three-bedroomed apartments, including envelope energy upgrades and a rooftop extension, £45m

Ardingly College Sixth Form Boarding House and Pre-School, Ardingly: Boarding house for 110 sixth form students

Bromley Campus, London South East Colleges: Masterplan, new buildings and extensions for the College’s largest campus

The Slate Conference Centre, University of Warwick: A new multi functional conference centre, designed as pavilion projecting over the campus lake providing an exemplar events and dining space, £5.6m
